General terms

As the artist, I have full rights to turn down any commission requests! It will of course be explained, but please be understanding. Everything I will NOT do has been listed already.

  • Please no negotiations to change or lower my set prices! 

  • Feel free to ask me for progress shots on your commissions! But please no spamming me. Spamming would be, for example, asking me whether I have started every single day and when I have finished.

  • You are not allowed to use my work for commercial purposes without prior discussion. Doing so will result in me using the piece as I see fit. 

  • I, as the artist, can post the art I’ve made so long as I do not claim that the character in any piece belongs to me

  • I will only take descriptions with no images for customs only. Otherwise, please have some sort of image on how you would like them to look.

  • Video game references for art may only be used for reference sheets

Payment

  • I only accept USD, payment will be transacted through PayPal 

  • Payment will only be sent once I have confirmed I will be taking on the commission 50% sent once the sketch is shown and the rest once you have received the finished drawing 

  • My complexity fees range from $3-5 based on how much effort I feel will have to be put forth into replicating the design.

Process and Completion

  • The process will take a max of 3 weeks if I extend this process you will be notified

  • Once the commission is completed I will contact you and send you the image

Revisions and edits

  • I will keep you updated throughout the process giving you updates on sketches this would be the prime time to let me know if you want anything to be revised or redrawn, you are able to do this 4 times max

  • Edits to lineart or the finished piece will be unable to be done unless its a misunderstanding on my part in which I will edit

Refunds and cancellation

  • Refunds cannot be provided once I’ve started working on the commission 

  • If you were to cancel your commission before I have started you will receive a full refund :]

  • If I were unable to continue with your commission you will receive a full refund 

  • Chargebacks on commissions without prior discussion will result in me using the piece as I see fit. If they are for customs or any other designs, then they will be resold. You will also be blacklisted from commissioning me.
